INTRO
Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you found your way here. Taking that first step toward therapy can feel big–and maybe even a little scary—but you don’t have to do it alone. My name is Landri Vogelsang, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) offering individual and group therapy along with school-based therapy services. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are ready to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change in their lives. For children and adolescents, I create a supportive, engaging space to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills through age-appropriate, creative approaches.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe therapy should feel like a deep exhale—a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a space that feels safe, cozy, and genuine, where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Every person carries their own story, strengths, and struggles, and I honor that by meeting you where you are without judgment. I believe in reducing shame, breaking stigma, and helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and resilience to find the root of your concerns.
APPROACH
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating life transitions such as career changes, perimenopause, and menopause. I also have a strong passion for supporting children and adolescents as they build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence as well as supporting individuals who are experiencing chronic health conditions. My approach is integrative, flexible, and tailored to you. I pull from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and incorporate creative, play-based, and expressive techniques—especially when working with younger clients or those who process best in nontraditional ways. Whether we are exploring patterns, building skills, or making sense of a new season of life, our work together will be guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels most supportive for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions with me are designed to feel comfortable, calming, and real. Think soft lighting, a relaxed atmosphere, and space to just be. I bring a mix of connection, compassion, gentle humor, and honest reflection—helping you feel supported while also encouraging growth. You can expect a balance of listening, skill-building, and meaningful conversation, along with creative and practical tools you can take with you outside of session. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more empowered, and a little more connected to yourself. EDUCATION
